Fun with leaves

Looks like an ordinary pile of leaves, right?
Well, look what we found inside....
These CUTE as ever kids!
Not bad odds, if you ask me. If only we could bottle these sweet
girls up and save them for when Tyler reaches the
ripe-old age of sixteen! Seriously, they are darling.
Brooke was loving all the attention these three
"little mommies" were giving her.

Aspen Grove/Sundance weekend

For the past three years, in September,
we have gone up to
spend the weekend in Aspen Grove
to be surrounded by this:
With these three couples:
Making these FUN memories!

These two girls were cracking us up! They did a whole little
dancing program for us...it was adorable!

I love the look on Brooke's face...it's almost
as if she's just humoring them by being in the picture!
This was Brooke's first experience with the backpack and
she loved it. It enabled our little Queen Bee to be able to see
everything...just the way she likes it!

Thanks for the great weekend everyone.
We can't wait for next year!!!

Park City

Oh how we LOVE Park City! We have been lucky enough to stay up there two weeks throughout the summer and are now convinced it is the perfect little getaway. Beautiful scenery, mountains to hike and explore, swimming pools, hot tubs, fun restaurants, shopping, great activities for the kids and so on...We love it!

Here are some of our favorite things to do:

#1-Swim, Swim, Swim!

I was pretty convinced this summer that my kids were part-fish...I am now fully convinced! They would have been in the pool 24/7 if we would have let them. Here are a few hundred pictures of us at the pool.
Cute boys!
Kate and Grandma!
We love Aunt Jessica!
Brooke's first time in the pool...despite the look on her face,
she seriously couldn't get enough of it!
This kid won't go near the pool without his goggles.
Thanks for the thumbs up bud!

#2-Hanging out in the kids club.

You know our vacation wouldn't be complete without our Aunt Mur.
One of the workers told Kate he saved this horse just for her
so she was convinced it was ONLY hers.
Yep, made for some fun times when someone else wanted on.
Little stinker!
One of the favorite activities involved an ENORMOUS amount of sugar
....hmmm, what a surprise!

You better believe Mom and Dad got in on the action!
#3-Hiking with Grandpa

This was one of Tyler's most favorite things to do. He would wake up in the morning and go across the hall to wake up Grandpa for their morning hike. Thanks Grandpa for the fun memories!
#4-Playing in their "very own room"

Um...yes...that is CareBear in the background.

#5-Loving the mountain air!
The end.

Oh my goodness!!!

Are you freakin' kidding me???

Okay, I know Tyler was a chubby baby
but...
holy crap!!!
how did he survive??
...seriously.
How did I not eat him up??

(Thanks Aunt Jen for the best picture ever!!!!)
